2026 Dodge Durango

I am rewriting my review to reflect that it was written based on misinformation and a misunderstanding. I have been doing business with Diehl Automotive for over 8 years, and there have been some hiccups here and there, but they always make it right. My first major experience i want to tell happened when we went to purchase a ram 2500. We began our process over the phone and not actually in the showroom. We found the truck we wanted online and started the approval process. When we finally went to the showroom to see the truck, we were paired with Mike Riley as our salesperson. When i say that Mike went above and beyond, that is an under statement. Mike actually turned out to not be a salesperson but rather a representative of the Dodge and other name brands. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features and characteristics of the vehicles to ensure that you are happy with what you are looking at. He is very personable, and there is zero pressure. Mike Riley is a prime example of the type of person that should be in customer service. Even a year after the sale, he still checks in to see how our truck is doing for us, and when i go up there for service, if he isnt busy, he comes out and chats for a few minutes. If you need a vehicle, Mike will definitely help you out. Now i would like to review the service department. By doing so, i will first have to apologize to Shawn Peters for the huge misunderstanding that happened during our visit yesterday due to misinformation. We have serviced our vehicles with Diehl for over 8 years, and their staff have always been very professional and friendly. I will say that the prices are a little higher at Diehl for services. Other than that, they have always provided a greater than 5 star service. Overall, i would give Diehl higher than 5 stars if i could.

Evan and the team were very helpful. informative, and personable during my search for a new truck. This was the third dealership I visited and there was no comparison in the quality of the attitude and service quality. I highly recommend starting with Diehl as I will for my next car search.

I had decided I wanted a Wrangler 4xe and researched inventory online, landing on a number of vehicles nearby at Diehl. From submitting my interest online the night before, to getting a prompt call-back from Josh Philips the next morning, to scheduling time to test drive, all the way to closing the deal, Josh and the team were fantastic to deal with. They were fair and transparent in the pricing, gave me a strong trade offer on my current vehicle, and Josh was fantastic to talk to while we waited for the paperwork. Would highly recommend anyone check Diehl out and specifically to ask for Josh. Thanks for the awesome experience!
