My Chrysler broke down in Altoona, two hours from home. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, I had it towed to the local dealer - Courtesy Motors. The service department was currently experiencing a computer outage and could not provide a firm service appointment, but they fit it into their schedule, had the needed part, and got me back on the road two days later. I could not have been more pleased with the young service manager (whose name I've forgotten) for fitting me in so quickly and his great communications throughout the process. Extremely satisfied with this dealer's service department.

My experience buying my 2023 Dodge Hornet from Lisa Thompson at Courtesy CDJR in Altoona was awesome. Lisa was patient with me as this was my first car purchase on my own and continually assured me that I would be taken care of. She even came in on her day off to sign papers and hand me the keys so that I would not have to wait another day to drive my new car. She even gave me a gas card for my purchase.
