Really like Straub! Salespeople attentive but not pushy, something I really appreciate. We were given many financing options from which to choose. They even compared our insurance with other companies to make sure we weren't overpaying (which we weren't so we stayed with our current insurer). Also, you get good maintenance and warranties beyond the standard. The vehicle prices are good as well
I purchased a car here. It was a good experience. A brake caliper froze 2 days after buying it while I was in Columbus and Straub reimbursed me for the cost of the repair. Staff is extremely nice and professional.
Travis took the time to show us a few vehicles that fit our wants and needs. We had been looking for a couple weeks, and just wanted to see what Straubs had.
