My tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed to the dealership. On the way, I called the parts department, and they had the tire in stock the same day. Since I originally purchased the tire back in May, Christina went above and beyond to get the replacement covered under the road hazard warranty. She had the tire installed and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I truly appreciate her hard work, attentiveness, and dedication to taking care of her customers.
