I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum from Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Weatherford, Oklahoma, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Cody went above and beyond to accommodate my situation, offering a virtual test drive and remaining incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. His professionalism and dedication made the purchasing process effortless. One aspect that truly impressed me was the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. Although there was a minor hiccup regarding the keys—my vehicle was supposed to come with two, but only arrived with one—Cody swiftly rectified the situation by promptly providing me with the additional key. This level of attentiveness speaks highly to their dedication to ensuring a positive buying experience. Furthermore, I'd like to extend my appreciation to Ryan, the finance representative, for his assistance in facilitating the necessary paperwork remotely. Despite not being physically present, Ryan ensured that everything proceeded smoothly, alleviating any concerns I had about the logistics and promising to help facilitate me getting the documents I need to register the car prior to my arrival. I had such a great experience with these people! I tried to buy a truck in my area (Amarillo, TX) but the dealership Texas Dodge got my information and never got back to me. Probably thought that I wasn’t going to buy a truck or something. So I found Cummins Chrysler on line and called them. Since my first contact with them (Evan was the salesman) they were super clear and helpful. A couple of phone calls and text messages later I agree with the value they offer on my trade (better than I found in other places) and we got the deal! On Saturday morning I drove from my city to Weatherford, OK (3h drive) and in less than 1 hour Evan (Financial agent) went over everything and I was heading back with my new truck. All value were exactly as I was told over the phone and there was no hidden fees, surcharges or any kind of addition to the price (I almost made a deal with David Stanley Dodge in Midwest City, OK and they tried to add $6000 to the sticker price on the last minute). EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY CLEAR DURING THE WHOLE NEGOTIATION!! Thank you guys!!!

My only experience here was brief and with the service department, but those guys were awesome! I'm traveling and kept getting a low coolant light that would go off and rather than making me buy a whole gallon of coolant when I only needed maybe half a quart they topped me off for free. Professionalism and customer service at it's finest. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle to them.
