We just purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler this past Saturday. Kevin Drake (Drake) was my sales person. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience in my life. Drake asked if we needed help, asked what we were looking for, truly listened to us, and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. On Sunday, I notice a post sales issue and sent Drake an email. He responded, worked the issue internally, and came back with a solution within an hour that was over and beyond my expectations. His sales manager Joe was also super helpful and made the experience a positive one as well. He was open, honest, and really listened to what we wanted. John Marte (finance manager) made the formalities of buying a car (the part that usually takes forever) so quick without us feeling rushed.
