We went to another GMC dealership and wasn’t even greeted period so I was alittle worried but I knew what car I had in mind and David made it happen! Our service advisor Tom is absolutely amazing. No matter the issue with our vehicle he keeps us regularly informed and answers our questions without any impatience. In addition to that he is extremely friendly and personal. We really appreciate him and he makes our experience with the dealership overall happier! The waiting room is extremely comfortable with coffee, water, and snacks. There are tables and comfy chairs and plenty of outlets to plug in your phone, laptop, etc.
