I went in just interested in seeing the new Toyota Prius but because of Toyota (Not Bob Moore's fault) there just wasn't any stock except one that was in the process of being detailed off-site and I had upcoming appointments that I could not stick around for. But the positive is that I felt very welcome, I felt like I was very respected and I did not feel pressured at all. I will definitely consider Bob Moore Toyota on my next purchase.
