This location and service department quickly became my favorite. The first time I had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler 4XE, Luis was quick to get my scheduled and communicated everything I needed to know. Of course the sound couldn’t be replicated when the Service team looked and test drove my Jeep. Rich K. called me and when I arrived, Rich took me around the parking lot and did what he could to hear the sound, but unfortunately the sound wouldn’t happen at that time (We finally got all of that fixed). Last week I had to get an appointment to get a Recall fixed. I called, they were able to get us in, updated and even charged our Jeep! The one thing I love the most about this location is that if they say your appointment is Monday, it’s Monday, unlike many Service Departments these days. Most say your appointment is Monday but they do not plan to touch your car until Wednesday, maybe. Thank Y’all for your Service towards my Jeep, it’s much appreciated!

I can’t say enough good things about the dealership. I drove from N Alabama to purchase. Zach answered all my questions and sent me photos of areas of the car for me to see better. When we arrived car was ready and financing was all set up. Brandon in finance had us hooked up and ready to go in no time. Would buy from again.
