Annette, the parts person in the Jeep service bay, was absolutely wonderful! She kept me informed of the prices for parts and labor and even saved me the cost of a thermostat. I would highly recommend.

Not having the best experiences with other dealerships around gave me a lot of hesitation when going into a dealership to buy a jeep . However it was a awesome experience , Gary Mestas was the sales manager and was transparent with the deal the entire way and allowed for my tire kicking ways and was patient and knowledgeable from point a to b. Chuck Wytias was the sales rep was also extremely knowledge on everything on the lot . Both were easy going , never felt like they were pushing into a deal, but working to get me in the jeep I wanted. Both went above and beyond and are good trustworthy guys. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and honest staff.

Our truck’s check engine light came on not too far east of Durango as we were heading in. Because it was a Sunday afternoon, we showed up unannounced first thing this morning. We were heading out of town to Lake Powell, UT, today. So we were hoping to at least find out what the problem was, and maybe get it fixed. The gentlemen at the service desk was professional, and asked us to pull around to just outside the bay door, since we still had our RV trailer hooked up. He checked the code for us, and let us know that it was the fact that we had put in premium fuel in it. He said that’s not at all necessary (and not recommended) while driving at this altitude. I asked him what we owed for the diagnosis, and he said, “No charge,” and shook my hand. I was pleasantly surprised that this gentlemen understood what we saw as an “urgent” problem, but made us feel at ease, and sent us on our way as satisfied (non-) customers. ???? There still is GREAT service around. Thanks, Morehart Murphy!!!
