13 March 2024 The service department is phenomenal! The diesel technician is as good as any tech I’ve ever been around. I am saying this as a former tech, an Automotive Technology Instructor, and a Director/Principal at a Technical School. The service writer and the service manager are always eager to help and make information concerning needed repairs easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing service work on a vehicle. Had Great experience with cullman Dodge Ram with getting my 2024 Ram 1500 limited Sales rap I had Mr. Dink Tucker , he was very knowledgeable and help full from ordering my truck till Delivary and after driving home to check on it to make sure everything is well also finance dept. Mikey was great to to get me in and out in 20min when I went to pick my vehicle up so Yes overall experience with cullman Dodge ram place located on I-65 exit 308 was great and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
