We recently purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 from Parks Motors in Augusta. The customer service was excellent and the entire staff was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Parks! Our Sales person, Travis Richardson, was friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us during and after our purchase!!

The car buying experience is not something I look forward to. I always feel like the dealerships are out to get as much out of me as possible. They seem to always try to give me next to nothing for my trade and ask maximum cost for my purchase. This was not my experience at Parks this weekend . We were fortunate enough to get Shane Stone as our salesperson. He was fair and honest from the start. Our car buying experience was actually enjoyable, and Shane was a big reason why. He took great care of us. I would highly recommend Shane Stone and Parks when buying your next vehicle.

Note: I only give five stars to places that set a new standard or firmly hold to old school high standards. Parks service department was A1 when I took my van in to have door fixed. Local shop had passed recommended a dealer look at it, Parks was recommended, Parks also helped find the warranty status, so I invested the hour-long drive and risked the diagnostic fee if the problem they found wasn’t what I expected. Parks service department staff received me warmly and made sure I was taken care of and informed. Repair only took a couple days, everything works, and they didn’t come up with some other repair I needed without my asking them to look. Service sells the next sale and the next service, so I’ll definitely keep Parks in mind.
