I don’t even know where to begin! But I’ll start with a HUGE thank you to the entire staff! I truly wish every transaction I have in life is this easy! I knew I wanted to update my car. Last week I got into the website to browse. They have an automated attendant to answer questions and then route your inquiry. The very next day I was contacted by Holly, who is absolutely outstanding in her field! She sent me several photos of cars that fit my price range and option requests. I saw the most absolutely perfect car that I honestly had never heard of before. I asked questions, did some googling on my end. Holly set up an appt with me on Saturday. This is huge because I live 2.5 hours away and was already headed down for a couple of appointments. I fell In love with the car! Holly and her team worked efficiently to give me the value of my trade in, and start the paperwork. My transaction presented a lot of extra leg work, or so I would think, since I’m so far away. The true professionals they are made the transaction seem effortless. So I had called on Wednesday, heard back Thursday, drove down Saturday, loved the car, traded in mine and drove away with a freshly detailed, washed and full tank beautiful car and made my appointment times. I was spared another trip down by their grand display of efficiency! Some of the loose ends had to be completed today, but Brecklen in finance(who has the patience of a saint) was more than accommodating today snd completed everything! I can honestly say I’m still in awe of the ease of the transaction, the transparency of the entire team and the going above and beyond by the entire dealership. They have earned a lifetime customer! I would recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone in very good conscience. Again, thank you to Holly and the entire team from management, finance, service and beyond for one of the best purchase experiences I’ve ever had.
