I would personally like to thank our sales associate Dean Engelhard who assisted us regarding our brand-new Jeep Gladiator purchase. Dean, made the process simple, fast, and efficient from the time we did the test drive when we walked out the door in less than two hours. Dean understood what we wanted, made the process simple and efficient, as we left with our new Jeep we felt like valued customers and would purchase from this dealership again in the future. Also, the dealership didn't try to sell us any unnecessary fluff in the finance department either nor were they pushy, which was also nice.

This experience began less than ideal, but boy, was this the redemption arc of the year. In the end, I got a new 2023 Ram for my asking price. Arthur Drum promised a quick and painless sale, which he absolutely delivered on. I love my truck and the customer service at this dealership made this overall experience much more bearable.
