2026 RAM 1500 Express Crew Cab 5'7

Had an appointment for 1pm that I was not going to make. I called and was told to come on in as a walk-in and they took care of everything accordingly. The attendant was absolutely awesome (can’t remember his name). He kept everyone informed in a timely manner and even found a good coupon for my order. I left very satisfied.

Friendly staff, Dakota was an awesome service manager and Karlee helped tremendously in getting us into a rental. Had our car in service for several months but I understand they have changed their protocol for taking in cars for service which should make it a quicker process. Will certainly use them again if the need arises.
