I can’t say enough about this service department. I was traveling from NC to Michigan on a business trip when my truck had a DEF system issue which required service at a dealer. I found North Point Jeep Chrysler Dodge and arrived as they opened at 7:30am. The moment I walked in the service department I was greeted by Lori. Upon learning my situation Lori ensured I was taken care of. She understood my position and did everything she could to get me back on the road ASAP. They didn’t have the parts I needed, but she worked with the diesel mechanic (Todd) in getting the parts shipped over night. Todd diligently worked all day to affect the repairs and I was on the road again in no time. The owner of the dealer (Jeff) also ensured I had a rental car for the two days. This is a top notch dealership, and I can’t speak high enough. THANK YOU!

Awesome... I'll say it again; AWESOME ! yes all caps... My salesman was great, he answered all my questions, assisted me and my wife with the buying process and gave us top notch service. Oh and the finance representative was also great. If you want a good deal at a great price, North Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to go.... and no I'm not getting paid for this review... lol
