Made me feel at home along with the entire staff there at Rossi in Washington. They thoroughly reviewed how to operate everything in the truck. They helped me set up the jeep app. Very patient and kind. I would highly recommend them. Wonderful caring people that are there looking out for your best interest unlike others dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past that were shady.

Buddy at Rossi Chrysler always does an excellent job at walking me through the service process each time I bring my car in for maintenance. When I do have an issue with my vehicle, the service technicians always do a meticulous and expert job in troubleshooting and fixing my issue the first time around.
