Frank was very helpful and nice. He wasn't pushy and he was to the point. I was in and out in a little over 2hrs. He stayed until after closing to make sure I got all my stuff out of my car and was on my way. He dealt with another couple while working with me. From what I seen the other guy was not very nice, but Frank stayed professional and calm. Note to others looking for a car, It is not the Sales persons fault if your credit score sucks or what the bank decides to do. I would recommend Findlay Chrysler. Thanks
