Iverson helped me out on my cross-country road trip from NC to Yellowstone (actually, it was on my way home from Yellowstone). My 2015 Jeep Cherokee got a hole in the transmission intercooler that threatened to end my Jeep's life, but Steve and the Service Department of Iverson diagnosed the problem, got me a loaner, and got my Jeep fixed up inside of two business days despite an already jam-packed service schedule. I cannot thank them enough!!
