My representative was Matt. I am in the healthcare field and that’s exactly the way I was being treated as though they had to make me well before releasing me. Did I mention that my car was ready within a week. The service team even stayed after hours so I can get my car. Really on a Friday. I purchased this car from Ed Morse in Duncanville in 2021 and I was treated like I was Ed’s wife. I recently moved back to the area and had a number of service items that needed to be addressed including new tires. On Friday, they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, but ordered them and were ready to go Monday morning. Omar did a great job of keeping me updated on the car's status. I appreciate they could give me a ride home and back once the car was ready. I'll definitely return.
