2026 RAM 1500 Rebel 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

I'm an RV'er passing through town. Out of the blue, the battery on my two year old Jeep needed multiple jumps. After trying another local Jeep service center and having a really bad time to even have my vehicle looked at, I took my Jeep to Folsom Lake. Sean Smith and team really took care of me. They diagnosed that the original batteries had gone bad and replaced them free of charge since the vehicle was still under warranty. The work was completed quickly and on schedule (days ahead of when the other place said they would even look at it). They even covered the Uber/Lyft ride to get there once the vehicle was ready. Sean is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If I lived in the area, I would certainly go back again.

Customer Service is great, very friendly staff. They always try to provide the best service possible and that is appreciated. It would be nice if they had work stations for people waiting on their vehicle service. Hard to get work done in a chair and no tables. Could also do without the loud(ish) country music! Other than that, this dealership is top notch. I purchased my jeep here in 2022 and have been treated well every time I go there.
