I received excellent service from Crystal Lee at Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Jackson. She was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. My RAM Laramie Longhorn Edition was in for a tire pressure sensor issue and a tailgate recall, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Crystal recommended replacing all 4 tire pressure sensors which, under my Extended Warranty, my out-of-pocket cost would be the same. She made sure the work was completed correctly and on time, which made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Crystal Lee and the Mac Haik service team.

I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly service person, Noah, that I worked with to get my truck's oil changed. He was precise and attentive to the amount of time that it took to get the service completed-it was quickly done. The price was reasonable also.
