On a 1-10 scale for customer service, Casey and his team in Quitman are a solid 12. When I had a need with my car, instead of “some” help, I received total support and care, frequent communication and timely resolution. There’s an old rule about treating others the way you’d want to be treated….ever grateful they followed that rule and took great care of me! Mad respect.
This is our third vehicle from Cass Burch, and I wouldn’t buy one anywhere else!! Customer Service is outstanding , and I can’t say enough about the service manager, Karmen and the Sales manager Brian.
