2026 RAM 1500 RHO 4x4 Crew Cab 5'7

I am again very pleased with Rainier Dodge Dealership and their exceptional service as they stay above and beyond customer satisfaction and dedication as always. I recently had a warranty issue and right away the service department took action to work very quickly with the diagnostics, and replace warranty repair order to get me quickly back on the road. I always take my car to the for all oil changes and scheduled maintenance since 2015. This is the 4th Dodge vehicle I have bought through them and I deeply enjoy the relationship and experience the give!!!

Purchased a 2025 ram Laramie on Sunday. Test drive was great. Sales person was very helpful. Paperwork for financing takes a long time as usual. Went to leave with the truck and there was an issue with the negative battery connection. I appreciate that the manager and the sales rep wanted me to leave with an absolutely perfect truck, it’s just disappointing that I could not leave with it that day. The issue could not be resolved same day as they had no service personnel on site. Monday morning I received a text message from sales rep, the truck was in the service bay at 9:00am and was ready to be picked up at 11:30. Sales rep helped me set up and pair my phone, also answered my last minute questions and then I was off. I appreciate the service I received but it’s kind of a bummer to purchase and not be allowed to take the vehicle home the same day. I understand that it was a mechanical issue and that we wanted me to take home a perfectly operational truck, just wish they had done a better job of making sure that the vehicle was completely sound before selling it. However I do respect that they wanted to make it absolutely perfect before turning it over to me. It’s all about the perspective I suppose. First time using this dealership and I will be back.

The service here is just top notch. Brian keeps you informed and updated and he always welcomes your call. He helped get my van through an issue that involved getting the company that built out my van to send updated parts and instructions and always left me confident that he was on top if it all. Great experience getting the issue fixed.
