I had a few recalls I'd been putting off because of my work schedule, etc. Out of no where, I get a text from Bob Bell asking if I'd like to have a tech come to my house and do the recalls! Yes, please and thank you! The tech, Andrew, was friendly, sharp, and on time, and he got the recalls taken care of in 20 minutes.
