2026 Ford Transit

I want to share my ford transit cargo van purchase experience at Keyser Miller Ford. Peter Ramirez was amazing! The price was fair and the customer service A plus plus. The entire transaction was conducted remotely. My business is located 4 hours away in New York. Peter personally delivered the van to my office. My only regret is that I will be too far away to use them for routine maintenance for my van. If you are looking for a great experience go to Keyser Miller Ford. It’s well worth the trip. I typically don't post as my perspective is it's a company or persons job to provide good service so why bother stating the obvious. However, my experience recently with Keyser Miller Ford was so beyond exceptional it rates a share. Truly a fantastic experience, we worked with Louis on reviewing two trucks. He never pressured us on one vs the other even when there was a $10k difference. He answered every question we asked and was honest when he didn't know the answer instead of trying to talk around it. But then he quickly would get us the answer. He worked to make sure we made the decision ourselves on the right truck and we never felt any pressure at all. Then when we got to negotiating and the paperwork, Louis and Jake (sales manager) actually worked with us to get what we wanted at the price we needed. They were honest, fair, starightforward and really felt like they were trying to help rather than sell. When we got into the truck and found that the tie downs didn't come with it ...instead of just saying oh it's another thing you have to buy separate, another of the sales managers over heard and was like I don't use mine, you can have them. I never got his name but again it just shows how this team goes out of their way to work for YOU and not just for themselves. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences, if not the best, we have ever had buying a vehicle from a dealership. I highly recommend them (and trust me, I don't say that lightly).

My husband and I just bought a car from Keyser Miller Ford. We had a terrific experience! Pam was the first person we talked with, she helped guide us to the car that we ended up purchasing. Pam also set up our appointment and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. Pam was honest from the beginning she was able to help us find something within our budget. We also worked with Bob and Adam when we got to the dealership, they were also very helpful in the process. Would highly recommend working with this team!
