I have nothing but good things to say about all three divisions of Jordan Ford that I have interacted with in the last few years. While I do not own my Ford anymore, I almost wish Jordan had a BMW branch because I would take my vehicle there 10/10 times for any and all concerns. From the very first service visit I had with the Service Department, I knew that customer service, transparency, diligence and efficiency were some of the core tenants that their team operated on. I had a pretty critical issue with my Ford, and the service team did not stop until it was resolved, and kept me informed with full transparency along the way. Phil K. and Steve on the tech team were wonderful to work with and had true empathy for me, considering all the work that needed to be done was warranty work. More recently, I took the Ford in for a complete service remediation before I sold it, and Chris G. was a great service advisor to work with. Again, very friendly and proactive about the work on my car as we went through a long laundry list of warranty issues. While the warranty work was being done, the vehicle also needed some body work done to prepare for its eventual sale. On the collision and body team, Ryan H. was also incredibly friendly and diligent as we worked to "pass" the vehicle back and forth between Service and Body. Ryan was great at facilitating things, and kept me informed the whole way, while also providing an estimate for some other work that needed to be done. And finally, I was grateful to work with Anna H. in the sales department last week, as she worked hard to get me the best market value for the vehicle. Again, nothing but empathy and cooperation from Anna, and it was great to have her in my corner. Jordan Ford sets the precedence for customer service, customer value, and diligence. Most car dealers get a bad rap (service and body included) but Jordan Ford stands above the rest in the SB area, with a great team of folks who want their business to succeed, using customer service as the main tool to get there. Jordan Ford was a great experience. Zero pressure. Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable. Andrew Meeks knew exactly what I was looking for. He showed me some great options. Never tried to over sell me or push me into anything. Jordan was the first place I looked & I wanted to check out a few more places. Andrew understood & was very kind. I checked out some larger lots. They were extremely high pressure, didn't listen to my needs & stressed me out sooooo much. I couldn't wait to leave & go back to Jordan. I let Andrew know I made a decision & wanted to come in the next day. Andrew wasn't working that day & arranged for me to meet with Shawndel Gordon... aka "Gordon Jordan" ???????? Shawndel went above & beyond. He went over everything about the car with me. He helped me find better insurance, than the company I've been with for over 10 years! With his help I have better coverage, a lower deductible & saved $72/month compared to what my current insurance company quoted me. Shawndel & Paul helped me obtain financing with better terms, lower down payment & lower interest rate than my credit union offered! It was so nice to see a team of people work together. They truly care about every customer & their experience. As a single woman, it's nice to know that the people at Jordan got your back!

Jordan Auto was a great experience from start to finish. Wendi Burns made our car buying process easy and very smooth. She was prompt in responses and everything was done remotely.
