We first brought our 2016 Ford Fusion into service and found out there was problems within the bearings in the transmission that could’ve ranged up to $7000 in repairs plus 4 new tires and alignment. After leaving it there overnight we decided to look into getting a new car and trade in the Fusion. Ashley Deodato was our liaison in the service department. Larry took us around the lot and explained all the different features on several different models and finally we decided on the 2023 Ford Escape.
