I initially reached out to Claremont Ford through their web page. I wanted to test drive a new Maverick. Within minutes their automated system replied, letting me know that someone would contact me soon. They did! Ben, in sales, sent me photos of the two Mavericks they had on the lot and asked that I let him know when I wanted to come. No high pressure. A back and forth (via text at my request) I had a time set for my initial appointment. Arriving, Ben greeted us at the door. Together, we took a minute to get to know each other, sharing our needs, timeline, etc. Ben had the truck ready to go (warm inside with that great new car smell!). New to the dealership, and new to the new Fords, I didn't know what to expect (lifelong Honda driver). Off we went on a suggested route to test the winter's potholes and train tracks. We were not disappointed. The car drove like a dream. The seats were supportive and comfortable, the features were comprehensive but not in-your-face overwhelming. Back at the dealership, our chat with Ben helped us better understand trade in values, financing options, and availability of other Mavericks if we were interested. We were not. Ben gave us plenty of time to explore our questions and suggested that we think more about our options at home and let him know what worked best for us. Later, over the phone, Ben helped us to establish a trade in value, final price, and a timeline for purchase. The sales manager was accommodating to our needs, and flexible about sealing the deal. Ben directly helped to set up all the features that can sometime be so frustrating. He explained the benefits of Ford's app, available accessories, and promotional deals if we were interested. Since picking up our truck Ben has reached out to us to see how the drive home went and to answer any questions that we might have. I would whole heartedly recommend Claremont Ford!
