2026 Ford E-Series SRW E-350 Super Duty 138 in WB

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Akins Ford, and the experience was amazing. My salesman, Donnie, was wonderful to work with. His knowledge about the cars he's selling is outstanding. The service waiting room is great, and comfortable. Even though I live over an hour away, I will take my new Bronco to this dealership for service. They have a big selection of vehicles to choose from, and I found the color Bronco Sport Outer BanksI wanted. I'm very happy with my purchase, and with Akins Ford. When it's time for my next vehicle I'll be back.

What a great experience. I had some recall work done on my 05 Dodge Ram 1500 and the service was top notch. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I arrived to the moment I picked up my vehicle. Akins knows what good customer service is and it shows. From the courteous service to the nice and relaxing lobby, they are by far the best place to go for your service needs. A big shout out to my service advisor Allen who kept me informed every step of the way. I ended up needing a little extra done due to one of the recalls which required my vehicle to stay longer than anticipated, but Allen kept me updated and answered every question I had, promptly and courteously. I will make sure I keep coming back for all my service needs.

Arguably the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. I searched on their website to start, inquired about a vehicle, was contacted by a salesman who ensured that what I was looking for was available, and set up an appointment. Once I arrived, they worked quickly to allow me to inspect and test drive the vehicle I was interested in (which ended up not being the one I initially inquired about, but one of the same make and model that I found on the lot). They worked very expediently to get that vehicle inspected, detailed, and ready for delivery, as well as valuing my trade and working with me on the numbers to reach a deal. Paperwork completed without a hitch and I was driving off. Kudos to Jake, Travis, and Jordan for making it all a great experience. Couldn’t be happier with it and with my new vehicle.
