2026 Ford E-Series SRW E-350 Super Duty 138 in WB

Amazing customer service! We bought a van from them. The display had an issue so we took it in. Not only were we provided with another vehicle while ours was worked on they continued to look for the problem taking our van a total of 3 times before finding a short and fixing it. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future! More of a family experience than a customer experience ????10/10

I’m not usually one to post reviews, but I need to give credit where credit is due. We had a wonderful experience with this dealership and our salesman, Keith. We were buying a used Chrysler Pacifica that they had received on trade.Right from the start Keith was very honest and upfront with things that were wrong with the van. Even things that we would not have noticed until months after buying it. They offered a fair price for the van we bought and gave us a fair trade-in value on our previous vehicle. They were very laid back and not pushy at all. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I’m not a Ford guy, but might consider converting when I buy my next truck, just so I can buy through them again. Would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience. We have been looking for a new Ford F150 for our SAR/UAS/Public Safety Agency response and had zero luck. They had a lightly used unit in stock. They responded quickly, made a very impressive offer and we took it. Really easy to deal with and would purchase from them again even though they are 5 hours away.
