The woman that took care of me today was a blessing! I think each employee should have the same attention to detail that she exudes. A very simple fix for my 2023 F53 was going to be put off until next week until she intervened and took control of the situation. I will update her name as soon as I think of it! I don’t leave feedback and reviews but she deserves to be highlighted for making me feel like true customer service isn’t a lost cause.
