I want to take a moment to recognize my salesman Eliot Starr. I am the type of person that hates to car shop and hate purchasing one even more. However, this experience changed my mind HANDS DOWN! Our sales guy, Eric Oetjen was very knowledgeable and patient. We never felt rushed, uncomfortable, or pushed. He was efficient, personable and very thorough, especially explaining all features on our new vehicle. Our finance guy, Michael “Junior” was all around amazing too! He was very knowledgeable and genuinely excited for our new purchase. He was very personable and looked out for our best interest. He was also very thorough when going over warranty’s and finance options. Not once did I ever feel like someone was just trying to line their pockets. They were truly looking to make me happy - including the super friendly receptionist that also made sure we were comfortable! Great customer service is extremely hard to come by but this place knocked it out of the park!! I’ll forever be a customer at this dealership and will continue to spread the word!
