Again, I had an excellent service experience at Uptown. Hope my service advisor was amazing! By far one of the most polite, upbeat service advisors I have had in quite some time. She was ready to modify my service call a week ago. The special order parts were promptly ordered and I surprisingly was promptly called by hope a week later when they all arrived at the dealership. Hope was very accurate in assessing the time needed to I could decide if I would wait or leave the truck. When it came close to the time promised she came out and, with a smile on her face advised me it would be just a few more minutes. I have never had an advisor do that. When it went past that few minutes, Hope personally drove my truck around and said she would email me the paperwork. This respect for my time, the time she promised and saving me additional time by just emailing me the paper work was a surprisingly positive and appreciated first! Uptown is my first choice dealership for our cars and service and I live 40 minutes away. However, Hope is a genuine asset to the service department as her positivity and customer fist mentality is not something found in many dealerships. I can’t remember having a positive experience lake this in my 15 year history with the dealership. Thank you Hope, and thank you Uptown Mechanics, sales/service team and J.P.!

After being in a accident where almost the whole drivers side was damaged, My husband and I decided Uptown Ford would probably be the best place for our Ford Explorer. One of the reasons was because of the unique color of our vehicle. The customer was great and they were very helpful in rental preparations. Scott the manager estimated it would be about three weeks for repairs. The vehicle we rented was insured for three weeks and three days. Everything happened in a timely manner, rental return, and the returned of our beautiful Ford Explorer. My husband noticed the driver door handle didn't open up on touch as before, we called, we returned the next day within minutes everything worked fine. We are extremely satisfied. Thank you Uptown shop staff for doing a amazing job!!!!! AMEN and HALLELUJAH!!!
