2025 Ford E-Series SRW E-350 Super Duty 138 in WB

Well I love Ford in general. I come to this Chapman Ford for a reason. Fernando is amazing He's always very professional, attentive, addresses my concerns, and authentically interested in my needs and extremely helpful. The lobby is extremely comfortable the service center is clean and new and organized. All of the technicians are certified and trained well. I can watch them work on my truck. I think them for having such an awesome dealership to come to.

I was totally pleased with the entire experience taking our Class A gasoline motorhome for service at Chapman Ford Pro Elite Commercial Vehicle Center. Making the appointment was quick and easy. I was greeted promptly by Fernando, our service advisor, when I arrived, and the service was started at the time scheduled. Fernando ensured our experience went smoothly. The customer waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. There were large windows where I could view the service area, and there were convenient outlets to plug my device charger into. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, definitely a five-star experience start to finish.
