Impressively, Brad made a promise to have our car ready by the time we needed to pick up our children from school and drive them to their various after-school activities. Despite our initial expectation of waiting for approximately 6 hours, Brad exceeded our hopes and called us before lunch to inform us that our car was ready for pick-up. In addition to the promptness of the service, the price charged by Brad was fair, reflecting his commitment to customer satisfaction. His outstanding level of care and attention to detail truly stood out during our entire experience. Juan, he is a great guy. Brought my friend down to get her first car ever. Juan is patient and gave us alot of time to go over paperwork/insurance. He's was wonderful with my 2 toddlers I brought. Even the other staff around us were kind.
