Only dealership in the Richmond area I have found with an honest, no games, no pressure and time respectful approach. They actually worked to minimize wasting my time and did not have the “extra” sales pitches for non factory stuff.
Colonial Ford Truck has awesome customer service. Ever since I’ve had my little used RV, they took care of the maintenance. They no longer do services on a RV, but will do state inspection. I am now looking for a ford truck place to take my RV to be serviced. I’m not interested in goin to the RV places for service.
Colonial Ford Truck in Richmond did a great job for me on the repairs of my 2006 King Ranch. I will be back for sure!!
