Angelo Jones did an outstanding job finding a truck that met our needs. Angelo worked feverishly through entire sales process. ***** Truck was delivered to me at the ford dealership in Feasterville. Outside was filthy and needed a good detail. I Asked to leave it at dealership so they could to get it Detailed for delivery. Management wanted truck sold and off the lot. Now I have to return to the dealership for a detail that should have been completed after the sale. Yes I looked truck over and was assured truck would be 100% clean. UPDATE: I took truck back to dealership on Monday 6/5 for a couple of minor repairs plus the detail. I will tell you I am totally impressed with the detail and the service coordinator Ed. Ed kept me informed everyday they had the truck. Truck was completely detailed to my satisfaction. I thank Stan,Angelo,Ed for your commitment to customer service. Five Stars ***** Thank you

Ron H. at JKF at this specific location was in communication with me for over 2 months and my husband and I finally got a chance to go in the location due to our move to the county.
