No written estimate given. Don’t expect Ford MSRP parts pricing. They changed the battery quickly, but I would have done it myself if I would have known about the 60% markups. Would not use again. Update- they adjusted the price to MSRP, thanks for making it right.

We had our Class A motorhome towed in for an engine repair. Only 44K miles on it! We are the original owners and take very good care of it - always servicing it properly. They said it needed a new engine and charged us $23,000 dollars. All of our research - including their original mechanic that we talked to quoted btw $10K and $13K. We were stranded - unable to take it elsewhere for another quote and they knew it. Everyone we talked to gave us a different story. Extremely disturbing experience. 8-5-23 Update: Ms. James called me and addressed all of the issues we had (most not mentioned here). She talked to her staff to address the concerns. Anyway, she refunded $2,551. It is refreshing when a business owns up to their mistakes and truly tries to make things right. So I am amending the review from a 1 to a 4 star.

Service representative, Pat Beshears went the extra mile to help us solve a problem with our GPS that was stating "insert SD Card" by checking with another dealer to see if they had any cards. He then checked our vehicle after being told there were no cards available at all. He started up our truck & realized that somehow the card had been pushed & unknown to us had ejected itself enough to not be working. We had no idea what was in that accessory compartment as we hardly ever used it. Our 2015 truck only has 39,000 miles on it. He sure saved us lots of anguish not knowing what our prolem was. He was so nice & a pleasure to talk to. He also advised us to see a dealer in the Oklahoma City area when we reach our final destination as we were having trouble with the driver mirror alert system that also interferes with the running boards & a/c performance that we started to have experience with. He said that would take longer than we had time for. So we were very happy with what he could help us with. Good man!! Thank you????????
