2026 Ford Escape Active FWD

(Relatively) new to the region and found this dealership through a car show they hosted. Made note of the friendly staff at the car show; they took great care of us. Ordered my dream truck through Build and Price and sent it to Haag. They submitted the build sheet same day and within two months it was ready to pick up. Worked with David Franks through the entire process who was there to answer questions but never once pestered me. Finalized the deal with David and F&I Manager Jesse Bundy. David was very relaxed yet extremely respectful, had an answer for every question I asked. When it came to setting up the buy, he asked what we wanted and got us what we needed. The deal was strictly "just the facts", which is what I was hoping for. While Jesse handled getting paperwork in system and order, David showed and demoed the vehicle. When it came time to close the sale and go over warranties, protections and other services, Jesse was very knowledgable and informative and never felt pushy. He gave me an overview of the services they offered and educated me on the values they presented. Once we settled on items my wife and I required, he closed the sale with some signatures. Haag has earned a life-long customer. I would happily refer my family to Haag; David and Jesse in particular. Even with the dealership being out of my way (Boone Co., KY resident) I couldn't see myself working with anyone else. They treated my car club right at the car show and earned my interest as a potential customer, then treated me right when it was time to buy. Of note - this place seems to specialize in Trucks. They had all makes and models of course but their lot was pre-pandemic level stocked with trucks.

Following a recent service experience with Haag Ford, I would recommend purchase/service here to anyone. I purchased a new car from this team a few years ago, and recently visited for recall maintenance. Following a battery incident, the Haag Service team took incredible care ensuring my vehicle was towed to their lot, serviced properly, and that I was taken care of. I fully expected to have to "fight" for proper service/care based on past experiences, and I was delighted at every turn with the Haag Service Team. I won't purchase/service a Ford anywhere else.

Ryan Day and staff are amazing. Ryan sold me a car (my first) last Tuesday and today I had to take it back to get the ac fixed. Oh and the best part, I was told to come back this week and get a lower rate. I recommend going and seeing these people. Thank you all again.
