Walked me through the whole process and got me out the door with my car literally within the same day. They wanted to give me a hat with the "Ford Maverick" logo on it but had run out so the owner even ordered one for me and my dad to have. Above and beyond service.

I never anticipated there would be a group of people who were so willing to work with such urgency to curate a few options of cars that not only met far beyond what I was looking for but also my very strict budget. They worked with me to get a car I could afford payments on, get the best interest on the market, and made it extremely stress free. The best part about the whole experience was that they did not just meet the minimum request I had but gave me realistic options to choose from that I just could not believe. I got to test a few different options that I fell in love with and kept telling them this has to be out my price range. They did not show me one car that I couldn't afford. That made it extremely fun to decide on, and also a little hard to pick (ha). In the end, that made me feel extremely heard and very confident in my ultimate decision. What an incredible car buying experience! Started in January when I placed my order for a 2022 Ice White Premium Mach E. I was super excited to get this order in and knew the wait time would be pretty lengthy. Fast forward, my 2022 is now a 2023 and subjected to the new 2023 price. I wasn’t thrilled about that. It was then when Pat (sales manager) told me about a 2022 Mach E GT that was coming in, Dark Matter Gray, priced close to what my premium was going to be at. Here is my 2022 Mach E GT! I couldn’t love it any more! The entire staff was top notch. Anthony helped me out when Pat wasn’t there, made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Marc helped me with all the features of my new ride, setting up my Ford app, and was patient with me learning the new technology. Guy (Finance Manager) made signing everything a breeze.
