2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe 4x4

Took my F250 to Destination in Dumas from Amarillo. Had local options, both of which wanted to hold my truck for 7 to 10 days rather than schedule and let me drop off. We knew the issue and knew the time frame it took. Called Destination and they said they could have the part the next day and have it completed by end of day. Or they could schedule me so I wasn't 7 to 10 days without my truck for a 2 hour fix for a common problem. They got it in fixed and had me back on the road. Worth the 80 mile round trip. Thanks Destination, so far so good.

Dumas Ford performed a complete fuel system over haul when the wrecker dropped off my truck and travel trailer after I broke down in the middle of a road trip. Despite the large job and the immediate nature of my need I was met with great customer service both in hospitality and professionalism. My truck has never run this well. I was extremely pleased and impressed with how they managed the whole affair.

Service was exceptional! Crystal was very kind, actually listened to my concern, knowledgeable and explained everything, and i felt she genuinely want to help me. Communication was great and my time wasn't wasted. Keep up the great work!
