Update 10 June 2024 - Separate issue we were trying to get resolved on a 2023 Ford Explorer ST making noises in the front end. The advisor took note of our research on the issue and found the TSB that addressed the strut replacements. It was our second visit for the same issue but they tracked it down and resolved it. Great communications. Appreciate the effort and bumping them to five stars. Update: Mr. Eadie reached out to me and I believe he was sincere in reaching back to the techs to ensure they were following procedures and checking their work. I appreciate his time and focus on correcting the issue. I trusted them to take care of my 2023 Ford F450 and they failed to fill to the required 15 quarts of oil. I'm sure they used 13 quarts from the previous model year as a guide. Disappointing because no matter what a chart or manual says, the last step is to check the dipstick. Left a note for the service manager and hope they remedy this for future customers. I've always had good service with Purvis, but this was a let down. Level ground, hour after service, dipstick shows nothing. Added 4 pints, one at a time, 5 minute intervals with rechecks, with the final reading showing correct level. Confirming it was 2 quarts low. I know it's easy to get into a habit and think the 6.7L is same as before, but attention to detail is huge. They aren't the first dealership to miss this as others have reported on the various super duty forums. Ford should have updated the oil cap with a color change or something to give the dealerships a heads up.

My local Ford go to dealership for new vehicle ordering and service. Troy is my contact for service and both mine and my wife's vehicles service appointments are completed on time and we are fully updated by Troy during the process. I sure miss Joe Schoen.

Wonderful experience getting our back glass replaced. Ashley in Collision delivered the best customer service possible. And the cleanup on our car was expert. We will be looking to come to Purvis in the future.
