The waiting area and bathroom were clean and inviting, and I loved the fact that my favorite show (HGTV) was playing on the TV. Quick Lane makes the waiting a little easier by offering a variety of snack and beverage options to patrons, and the seating is comfortable and accessible. Even after being there for a few hours, it was still a pleasant experience. My tip to future customers is to bring a jacket. Hands down one of the best places in Southern Illinois to go and find a car. Had very little no money, a trade in that really wasn't going to be worth much and a credit score that was not too terribly bad but also not really good.
