I would like to commend the service manager, Nick, for his understanding and professionalism in handling my concerns and frustrations with the services provided. After discussing the issues I faced, Nick took the initiative to issue me a full refund, which I greatly appreciate. While the experience had its challenges, I am thankful for Nick's swift response and willingness to address the situation promptly and to my satisfaction. It is reassuring to know that Courtesy Ford values customer satisfaction and is committed to resolving issues effectively. The experience was good. Pete is a great salesman. He had my truck ready to test drive when I arrived. He was kind and he made it feel like he cared about my time. He also made sure I got a good deal. Chris the GM also went out of his way to insure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.
