While the buying experience took a little longer than I would have liked, I still had a great time and felt like my time was valued. Easy to do business with, incredibly efficient, and knowledgeable. I experienced two other Ford certified centers and they were hard to work with. It appeared that they weren’t interested in helping. Seemed they were focused on selling me a car. I spoke to Rachelle at McCombs Ford West. She made the process easy.
