My truck had 6 recalls, needed an oil change, two new tires, a new battery, an adjustment to the tailgate step, a tire rotation and a State Inspection. Gage was my Service Advisor and was amazing! (considering how bad customer service is in today’s world). He had my truck picked up from my home in the morning, kept me up to date on progress & issues, then HE drove the car back to my house that same night. Gage went “above and beyond” and I’ll be sending all my future business to AutoNation Ford in Frisco.
