I had a New York State inspection as well as an oil change. The service department personnel couldn’t have been nicer. I had decided to wait in the waiting room for the service The job was completed under an hour and a half, which I found to be satisfactory. I will definitely use Crown Ford again.
This is my third time leasing from Crown Ford in Lynbrook, Bobby is fantastic when helping me decide which vehicle to get. The service department is always friendly and quick to return my vehicle when I drop it off for routine maintenance.
Many times I have used after market services to address issues with my car but many times I have not been satisfied. I thought the services would be cheaper but in the end it's the service by the car manufacturer is best. Ford knows their product!
