2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend 4x4

Updated cam phasers on my 2018 f150, 3.5 replaced under warranty at 68k miles. Put about 500 miles on it since and so far, no more start up rattle. So seems like all is good now. Only gave 4 stars because they had my truck a month and didn't offer me a loaner until 1 week before I picked it up. By then it really didn't matter. Overall I'm pretty satisfied.

We were in Kalkaska for the weekend and our car started acting up at 4:00pm Friday on our way into town. We limped it to Bill Marsh in Kalkaska...it wouldn't go over 30 mph...and they started do everything possible to help us. As somebody took it into the service bay somebody else was trying to come up with backup options in case it wasn't fixable at that time since we were away from home. One of these options was Josh the Service Manager driving us to Traverse City to get a rental car. They diagnosed it, determined they had the part needed, repaired it and took it for a test drive. We were out of there in an hour. Everyone was so nice and tackled our issue from all angles. I cannot say enough good things about this place and our experience. Thank you Dennis, Sarah and Josh...you all rock!!! I also want to point out all this service was received and we didn't even buy the vehicle from this dealer, again we were just visiting the area. Thanks again for keeping our weekend enjoyable!!!
