Went in for an oil change for our Maverick and left with a Truck! Awesome Trucks and cars here. Fabulous and Friendly Service! Alex Waitein the last week

Their service department needs some work. I'm not talking about the mechanics I'm talking about the service writers. Barely any updates and going on a week of not having a car. Claim they can't find the issue and there are no codes being thrown... The issue is the spedometer not working, don't need to look far to see that it obviously isn't. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of their service writers as they don't answer phones. Altogether, not impressed with the "quality service" I have received here. EDIT: After speaking with the service rep it would appear the problem may lie with the phone systems. He was courteous, understanding, and helpful in relaying information regarding my vehicle. Maybe just go in to get updates as their phones don't seem to work right. EDIT EDIT: Sean was very helpful and generous is making sure I was taken care of at the end of the day.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron at Young Ford Ogden’s service department, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency I experienced.
